Is the mockup really free?
Yes. We'd rather show you than pitch you. If you don't love it, you walk away and owe nothing.
I already have a Facebook or Instagram page. Why do I need a site?
Social pages are great for posts but bad at the basics: hours, prices, location and booking. People also find you on Google through a website, not through a social feed. We link the two so they work together.
Do I need to buy a domain or hosting?
Hosting is included. If you don't have a domain (yourname.com), we help you register one in your name for about $10–15 a year, paid at cost. You own it, not us.
Can I make changes after it launches?
Yes. On the Care plan, send us a text or email and we usually make the change the same day. Without Care, small edits are billed at a flat $25 each.
What if I want to leave?
No contracts on upfront plans. Your site, domain and files are yours, and we'll hand everything over. Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum because they cover the build cost. After that, it's $19/mo, cancel anytime.
Does it work with my booking or ordering app?
Almost certainly. We link or embed Square, Booksy, Vagaro, Fresha, Toast, Clover, Calendly and most others.
